Return Policy

At Pop Pop Balloon, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, eligible items may be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
  • Items must be returned in the same condition they were received.
  • Returns are not accepted for used, opened, damaged, or altered items.
  • Any item returned that does not meet these requirements may be refused or returned to the customer.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at orders@poppopballoon.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Once your return request has been approved, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label and instructions for returning your order.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment.

The original shipping charges and will be deducted from your refund amount.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at orders@poppopballoon.com. Please include your order number and photos of the issue so we can resolve it as quickly as possible.
